Environment and Conservation Fund Briefing cum Sharing Session of Environmental Education and Community Action Projects

Since 1994, the Environmental Education and Community Action (EE&CA) Projects Vetting Sub-committee (the Vetting Sub-committee) (website: http://eeca.ecc.org.hk) under the Environmental Campaign Committee (ECC) has supported around 2450 ECF-funded environmental education projects organised by local non-profit making organisations including schools and community groups.

At the coming Briefing cum Sharing Session, recipient organisations of EE&CA Projects will share experience of successful projects. Representative of the Environmental Protection Department will also introduce the “Pilot Programme on Provision of Small Food Waste Composters at Schools”. Details of the event are as follows:

Date: 17 April 2018 (Tuesday)
Time: 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm (Registration starts at 2:15 pm)
Venue: Auditorium, 1/F, Duke of Windsor Social Service Building, 15, Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong
Language: Cantonese


Organisations which are interested to submit funding applications for organising such projects are most welcome to join the briefing to know more about the details, application procedures and points to note in submission of applications. To facilitate our arrangement, please kindly register by completing the e-form (website: https://goo.gl/forms/3HNItirZxgPIdJeI3)on or before 6 April 2018 (Friday). Please nominate not more than two representatives for each organisation. Seats are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Unless the venue cannot accommodate all the enrolled participants, no separate confirmation of successful nomination will be issued.
